How Much Will It All Cost?
I often get asked "How much should I think of budgeting for to carry out Home Staging?"

Definitions: Pricing is by the number of rooms in a property. Halls, Kitchens & Bathrooms are not counted in the property room count, but will be covered in the consultation report. Combined kitchen/ dining rooms, kitchen/ living rooms are counted as one of the rooms. For example a two bedroom, one living room flat with hallway, kitchen and bathroom will count as a three-room property. A three-bedroom house with two reception rooms, one with open plan kitchen will count as a 5 room property.

One-Day Makeover Home Staging Service
Can be requested independantly of other services.
Styling may include changing room layouts, picture & mirror hanging, curtain & blind hanging and general accessorising in the property.

Home Staging Service - Written Report.
(This option can be chosen without having a Verbal Consultation)
Following the ‘Verbal Consultation’ a client can choose to commission a written report.
Scale of prices
NOTE: If the ‘Written Consultation’ is commissioned within 10 working days of the ‘Verbal Consultation ’ taking place, a 50% deduction (50% of the cost of the 'Verbal Consultation') will be taken off the cost of a 'Written Consultation'.

Home Staging Service - Styling & Shopping
Can be requested independantly of other services.
Styling can be carried out as a separate service for those properties that do not need any redecoration or ‘Trade labour’.
Styling may include changing room layouts, picture & mirror hanging, curtain & blind hanging and general accessorising in the property.
As part of the service an agreed shopping list may be drawn up and the Property Coach will source the items required.

The Property Coach can help with other areas of work that need to be covered when property presenting:
- Full redecoration management.
- Packing up before work commences.
- De-cluttering and disposing of rubbish.
- Organising furniture rental.
- Obtaining further services – ongoing cleaning, florists.
- Weekly visit to the property to ensure that it is properly presented.
- Once a sale is agreed, organising the packing up and removal from the property.
- Unpacking and setting up of your new home.
